A World of Hurt -
Understanding Trauma & The Road to Recovery

Flashbacks. Broken relationships. Intense feelings of fear, isolation and/or worthlessness. These are only a few of the ways in which traumatic experiences can disrupt our lives and leave us feeling lost and helpless.

Join us for an indept look at how traumatic experiences can impact our lives, relationships, families and communities. Led by Registered Psychotherapist, Bonnie J. Skinner, this full day workshop will cover:

– How does someone recover from trauma?

– And much more…

This workshop offers an opportunity to answer some of the commonly asked questions and provide actionable ways to support the healing and recovery of those struggling to cope.
